Apprentice chef
An Apprentice Chef will complete a NVQ level 2,whilst undergoing work based training.
As an apprentice chef you will be involved with the preparation , cooking and presentation of food, whilst adhering to food and health and safety regulations.
About the role
Tasks will include ,but are not limited to:
-prepping and portioning ingredients
-cooking and presentation of food
-storing and managing food supplies
-cleaning and organisation of kitchen equipment
-compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations
-any other reasonable management request
What you will need
Required criteria
- good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible- able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be between 16 and 24 years of age
