CIPD Talent Management and Workforce Planning Conference

  • When: February 3, 2022
  • Where: Online

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has always been a champion of the HR industry, allowing HR professionals access to current high-value publications, research, and connections.

Their values are exemplified by the CIPD Talent Management and Workforce Planning Conference, an event designed to help attendees stay on top of current HR trends sweeping across the industry.

This specific conference will focus on helping attendees redesign their organisational processes to be more data-driven and agile.

According to the programme, the conference will feature 11 discussions and 14 speakers, including Pilar Cortes, Chief of Workforce Planning and Strategy of the UN World Food Programme, and Claire McCartney, Senior Policy Adviser in the Resourcing and Inclusion Department of the CIPD.

Manchester HR Summit

  • When: February 10, 2022, and September 22, 2022
  • Where: Manchester (February), Standsted (September)

Hosted by Forum Events LTD, this one-day hybrid meeting will include 65 VIPs, as well as a plethora of pre-listed sellers.

Building on the premise that Covid has forever changed how industries work, the Future of Work Summit aims to supply the knowledge gap in manoeuvring a post-Covid workspace. The discussion will include new modes of working, organisation design, future-proofing, and more.

The Future of Work Summit will be held at Park Plaza Riverbank in Vauxhall, London.
