About the role
We are recruiting a dynamic individual to work within our busy tendering team. Based at our North Shields office, your duties will include:
Management of bid processes
Coordination of proposals
Compilation of tender documents
Liaison with various internal personnel
Appraisal of RFQ documentation to ensure compliance with Client requirements
What you will need
Required criteria
- IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc.)
- Team Player
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Organisation skills
Desired criteria
- HV Engineering background
- Familiarisation with MS Project

Deploying tried and tested processes, with strategies in place to reduce network downtime, means fewer engineers on-site, and provides tangible safety benefits. By deploying modern asset management techniques, supported with up to date condition data, we can make informed decisions on optimising network performance, therefore maximising generation and associated revenue. Our monitoring systems follow a 24/7 approach, allowing us to predict and pre-empt faults before they happen, all contributing to maximising generation. In the unlikely event of a failure occurring, we will be ready with fault location analysis and repair solutions to get the network back in service as quickly as possible.
