Guest Relations Manager
We are looking for an Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Aberconwy Resort in Conwy, North Wales. Amazing competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About the role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Guest Relations Manager will
· Be responsible for the day to day running of the resort.
· Build a good working relationship with resort owners.
· Assist resort owners with any queries they may have.
· Advise guests on events within the resort.
· Handle telephone calls.
· Deal with customer complaints.
· Accurate cash handling.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
