In Saxmundham, we’re looking for a compassionate and committed Support Worker to join our vibrant team. You will help someone live life to the fullest—supporting independent living, fun outings to the pool and train station, and sharing plenty of laughs along the way! We’re looking for resilient, open-minded candidates who thrive in dynamic environments and adapt seamlessly to evolving needs.

We’ll welcome you with a 3-week induction and a friendly buddy to guide you every step of the way. Your start date will follow a successful enhanced DBS and recruitment checks. We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you’ll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We’ll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed
