🌼 Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, and repositioning

  • Providing emotional comfort and reassurance to residents and their families

  • Assisting with meals and hydration according to individual needs

  • Ensuring residents are comfortable and cared for in line with their wishes

  • Working alongside senior carers, nurses, and healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care

  • Maintaining a clean, calm, and respectful environment at all times


🧡 What We’re Looking For:

  • Genuine compassion and sensitivity when supporting others

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to learn and follow care plans and guidance

  • Reliability and a positive, respectful attitude


🎓 Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous experience in a care role or end-of-life/palliative care

  • Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

  • Training in moving and handling, dignity in care, or similar
