Deputy Tead Lead

ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time Deputy Team Lead for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

Who we are -

As a Deputy Team Lead and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the PIC and Team Lead in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.

What we can offer you:

  • Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Deputy Team Lead of €42,000 - €44,000 annually (depending on experience) 

  • inclusive of sleeping time and premiums.

  • Incremental salary scale

  • Combination of shifts patterns i.e. sleepover, day shifts, Live waking night shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • require a minimum of a Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.

  • A full driving license

  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people and youth and families in the community or residential setting
