About the role
You will be responsible for:
Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
You will be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
Using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the service user.
You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.
This is a community-based role where you will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.
You will be ideally suited if you are:
