Staff Nurse
Join Our Team at Cowper Care – Delivering Excellence in Person-Centred Nursing Care
Cowper Care is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our compassionate team at our Nursing Home in Dublin.
We are only able to accept applicant from the EU at this time.
This is a Full-time position – 39 hours per week.
Garda Vetting and a clean medical will be required for the successful applicant.
Applicants must submit a detailed CV outlining all relevant experience/training to date.
About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement person-centred care plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities
Adhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Nursing qualification and NMBI registration
Knowledge of HIQA’s National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings
Understanding of dementia care and older persons' needs
