POST: Infrastructure and Sustainability Coordinator
LOCATION: Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan
REPORTS TO: Director of Infrastructure and Sustainability
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management: Full lifecycle management of company vehicles including servicing, compliance, insurance, tracking, and vendor coordination.
Maintenance System Oversight: Support implementation and administration of the Maintenance Management System (MMS), including user training and reporting.
Telecoms & Utilities: Manage mobile, broadband, and landline accounts; coordinate setup for new homes.
New Home Setup: Ensure timely provisioning of utilities, furnishings, and compliance materials.
Health & Safety Support: Maintain documentation, assist with audits, and support incident tracking.
Operational Logistics: Coordinate waste collection and heating oil deliveries across all sites.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in fleet, facilities, or operations management.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Familiarity with infrastructure systems and vendor management.
Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
