About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Management: Full lifecycle management of company vehicles including servicing, compliance, insurance, tracking, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintenance System Oversight: Support implementation and administration of the Maintenance Management System (MMS), including user training and reporting.

  • Telecoms & Utilities: Manage mobile, broadband, and landline accounts; coordinate setup for new homes.

  • New Home Setup: Ensure timely provisioning of utilities, furnishings, and compliance materials.

  • Health & Safety Support: Maintain documentation, assist with audits, and support incident tracking.

  • Operational Logistics: Coordinate waste collection and heating oil deliveries across all sites.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in fleet, facilities, or operations management.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure systems and vendor management.

  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
