Accounts Payable Officer

To work as a member of the Finance Team in a progressive and growing organisation, supporting the financial operations. Main duties will be within Accounts Administration including AP, Banking, Credit card bookings and adhoc financial analysis.

About the role

Role:

· Manage accounts inbox and handling all AP queries

· Booking and Costing of Purchase Invoices including correct GL and Department coding

· Supplier Reconciliations

· Credit Card booking and reconciliations

· Prepare & load payment Runs to Bank

· Bank reconciliations

· Manage AP ageing

Essential Skills:

· Strong analytical skills

· Experience in adhoc financial analyses

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good numeracy skills

· Experience of working to tight deadlines

· Problem analysis and resolution

· Strong excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables

· Commitment to maintaining good standards within Accounts Payable

· Ability to work well in a team
