Accounts Administrator - Part Time
As a family-run hotel business, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to help us maintain accurate financial records and support our day-to-day accounting operations.
About the role
Responsibilities
Record financial transactions in [Sage]
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
Support payroll and expense tracking
Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role beneficial but not essential
Proficiency in Sage & Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and integrity handling confidential information
