Area Operations Manager
The Louis Fitzgerald Group operates a portfolio of busy hospitality venues across West Dublin, known for exceptional food, drink, and guest experiences. We’re seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, drive operational excellence, and deliver strong commercial results.
About the role
As Area Operations Manager, you will:
Lead and support General Managers across multiple bars and hospitality venues.
Ensure consistent standards in service, compliance, and brand execution.
Monitor and improve operational performance, including management, stock control, and cost efficiencies.
Review and analyse financial reports (P&L, budgets, forecasts) to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and upselling strategies.
Recruit, train, and develop management teams; foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Maintain compliance with licensing, HACCP, health & safety, and company policies.
Act as a key liaison between venue teams and senior leadership.
