Constantia Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Care provider group with a strong leadership team who are passionate about innovation, driving changes rather than following them, and creating a positive culture. You will be part of a finance function that thrives on energy, attention to detail and teamwork. Someone keen to learn and listen to experience around them.
The role is based at the Central Support Office in Birstall. Following successful probation there may be the option to work from home one day per week on agreement with the line manager.

About the role
Key Responsibilities :
Produced monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Analysis of occupancy rates, staffing costs, and cost per resident to improve financial performance and control agency spend.
Managed multi-stream income (private, local authority, NHS) including invoicing, debtor control, and revenue reporting.
Ensured financial compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements and supported internal and external audits.
Partnered with care home management to identify cost efficiencies and support sustainable service delivery.
Supervise a team of four within the Finance team.
What you will need
Required criteria
- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA (Experience also considered)
- Strong Excel and Financial Reporting Skills
- Experience of Producing Management Accounts & Reconciliations
- Ability to discuss and explain Financial Reports and Reconciliations Clearly
