🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting adults with complex care needs
Encouraging independence, dignity, and personal choice
Providing person centered support tailored to individual needs
Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care
Supporting individuals to access the community and enjoy activities
Responding calmly and safely to situations where individuals may display behaviours of distress
Working as part of a caring and supportive team
⏰ Shift Patterns (Including Weekends)
We offer a variety of shifts, including weekend work as part of the rota:
🌞 Day Shifts: 07:30 – 21:30🌙 Night Shifts: 21:15 – 07:45
Flexibility and reliability are essential, as weekends are included.

🔹 Support Worker – Role Overview
A Support Worker provides practical and emotional support to individuals who need help with day-to-day living. This can include people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or those facing challenges due to age or illness.
Support Workers help people live as independently and safely as possible, both at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
Supporting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
Helping with medication and health appointments
Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Key Skills & Qualities:
Patience, empathy, and a caring nature
Strong communication and listening skills
