About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Backwell. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and plant on site, maintaining a secure working environment for all personnel. Please call 07301281957
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage site traffic, including delivery vehicles and plant machinery
Safely guide vehicle movements to prevent accidents and ensure site efficiency
Communicate clearly with drivers and site operatives using agreed signals
Maintain pedestrian and vehicle segregation at all times
Monitor site access and ensure all movements comply with health & safety regulations
Assist with general site duties when required
Requirements
Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification (CPCS or NPORS)
Previous experience in a similar role on construction sites
Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
Desirable
CSCS card
Experience working on large or high-traffic construction sites
