About the RoleWe are currently looking for an experienced Streetworks Gang to join ongoing projects across Somerset. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position with a well-established contractor for the right team.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a range of Streetworks including excavation, reinstatement, and drainage works
Work safely and efficiently as part of a gang on highways and public works projects
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and site requirements
Operate tools and machinery relevant to Streetworks tasks
Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain high standards of work
Requirements
Valid Streetworks (NRSWA) qualifications for all gang members
Proven experience working as part of a Streetworks gang
CSCS cards (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (advantageous)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good understanding of site safety and procedures
