Responsibilities
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will supervisor the running of food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.
Ensure smooth running and supervision of all F&B operations
Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by team members
Ensure all of the team members adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner in accordance with HACCP
Ensure all areas are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota
Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual
About the role
Requirements
Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively supervise a large team
Previous supervisor experience in a busy Food & Beverage environment is desired
The ability to work towards achieving financial goals and targets set
Proven ability to supervise f&b operations with a track record of delivering guest satisfaction, employee retention and engagement
Strong ability to work efficiently and deal with busy periods competently
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-Motivated and Enthusiastic
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
