Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the department.

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest service.

  • Oversee daily operations including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and guest relations.

  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

  • Ensure all Front Office procedures, policies, and standards are consistently followed.

  • Assist with staff training, performance management, and scheduling.

  • Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Reservations, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

  • Support cash handling, reporting, and administrative duties as required.

About the role

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Front Office/Reception role, ideally within a hotel environment.

  • Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of hotel PMS systems (experience with Timepoint or similar systems an advantage).

  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment.

  • A positive, proactive approach with a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends as needed.
