Sales Advisor
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support holiday home sales across three of our beautiful parks - Piran Meadows, Mullion Cove and Sandymouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and guest experience to join a growing team and develop their career within the holiday park industry.
This is a permanent full-time position working 5 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), including a mixture of mornings, afternoons and evenings.
In addition to a basic salary of £26,000 per annum, there is the opportunity to earn commission and bonus.

Role Responsibilities
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving holiday home sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities include:
" Selling holiday homes in line with company sales processes and targets
" Proactively generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities
" Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion
" Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
" Conducting holiday home handovers and ensuring a smooth customer experience
" Maintaining accurate records, paperwork and sales administration
" Supporting the presentation and upkeep of holiday homes and sales areas
" Liaising with other departments to support the sales process and resolve any issues
" Monitoring stock and reporting any maintenance or presentation concerns
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
" Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (holiday home or property sales desirable)
" A confident and professional communication style
" A target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales
" Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
" The ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
" A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends

About the role
Key Results/Responsibilities
1. To ensure company objectives for the sale of caravan holiday homes are met, with appropriate margins and the desired mix of business
2. Deal with prospects and customers in a professional manner so as to be able to generate referral and part exchange business in line with company targets
3. Ongoing communication with customers on private sale to generate regular enquiries and to provide an exceptional level of service for those customers
4. To record accurately on sales invoices all specific agreements and terms agreed with customers
5. Establish an effective and supportive working relationship with the sales manager to ensure that company objectives are met
6. Communicate and work with all departments to achieve effective and efficient results
7. To make effective use of on-going sales training in furtherance of the interests of the business
8. To support and encourage new and junior colleagues at all times
9. Not to bring the company into disrepute
10. To be dressed and presented appropriately to your role at all times
11. To deal effectively with customer enquires as to products and services
12. To act at all times in accordance with company procedures and standards
13. To carry out your duties in a manner that ensures the safest environment for colleagues and guests alike

Salary is fixed at £26,000 per annum, with the opportunity of commission and bonus, to be discussed at interview stage.
