Food and Beverage Assistant (Full & Part time opportunities available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure an outstanding dining experience.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Provide menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and coffee, as per hotel standards.

• Assist in setting up dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and stocked.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and bar sections.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

• Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.

• Support event catering and private dining experiences when required.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a boutique hotel or fine dining setting.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, cocktails, and hospitality trends.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
