Regional Sales Manager - North (Wernick Modular Hire)
Wernick Modular Hire, is a new part of the UK’s largest and longest standing portable accommodation and modular building supplier and we are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to join the team.
The post will be covering the North of England and ideally will be based in between Mansfield and Leeds.

It is essential that you have experience in a sales in modular building hire for this role.
The Mod Hire team will be focusing on rental opportunities for Building Regulation compliant modular buildings into all sectors where this type of solution is required e.g. Education, Manufacturing, Utilities, Transport, MoD, and Healthcare so a thorough understanding of Building Regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Business development
Building relationships with potential new customers
Opening new accounts
Attend customer meetings
Prepare and deliver customer presentations
Use logic to arrive at decisions or solutions to problems that achieve the desired outcome
Attend review meetings and ensure action points are responded to in a timely manner
Introduce and promote new products where required
Carry out site surveys as and when required
Organise and attend client events
Accompany depot managers on customer visits as and when required
