Credit Controller
Applications are invited for the position of a Credit Controller, Commercial Department, ISAC Ltd.
ISAC is a subsidiary of CRH and carries out financial and administrative services for CRH companies within Ireland such as Roadstone Ltd. ISAC is situated in Belgard, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
About the role
The person appointed will report to the Credit Manager and will have the following specific responsibilities:
Working closely with customers to investigate/resolve customer queries, maximise payments and minimise overdues.
Liaising extensively with Sales and Operations to maximise collections and reduce/resolve queries on customer accounts.
Track and pursue overdue balances in line with company policy.
Receipting and allocating of payments
Issuing Credit/Debit notes.
Managing Credit Limits
Prioritise and manage a challenging workload in a target driven environment.
Candidates should ideally possess all the following attributes:
Team player with an ability to work on own initiative.
Extremely reliable with an excellent work ethic
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail orientated with a proven ability to follow precise procedures.
Strong administrative skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and some relevant experience in a busy accounts department would be a distinct advantage.
